Refund policy

Returns


Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If we made a mistake with your order, contact us within 7 business days from the delivery of your order to start a return process and correct your order. If more than 7 business days have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot accept your return or offer a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. 

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and free of stains, deodorant, smoke, or dog hair. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, and proof of the incorrectly ordered item. Upon verifying any errors on our end, we'll provide you with a prepaid label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive and inspect the incorrect item, we will promptly ship the correct item and notify you.

Refunds

All sales are final and all orders are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part that cannot be corrected. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@bakerygang1117.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
